Introduction

Just a post that's not so much a review as a recommendation.  Erectile Dysfunction Radio is a podcast you might want to check out.  It's hosted by Mark Goldberg, he's a sex therapist who runs a couple of clinics down in the Baltimore/Washington DC area.  I think it's a great podcast.  It's run 150 or so episodes so far and it's got a lot of really great information.  More importantly, there are actionable tools for resolving your ED - you can pick up ideas from the podcast that you can use to actually help yourself.

What I Like About ED Radio

The show is mostly divided into two formats.  In some, Mark is solo talking about some aspect of ED, pretty much always psychological ED.  In the other format, he interviews experts.  All kinds  - doctors, therapists, urologists, acupuncturists, he even talked with me about hypnotherapy in one episode a while back. I really like hearing experts come at the problem from all kinds of different angles.  And the range of topics is really wide - everything from porn to imposter syndrome to implants to masturbation to performance anxiety to all kinds of different relationship aspects of the problem.  I listened to quite a few episodes and I thought the quality of the information was top notch.  Lots of smart, experienced people sharing what they know about resolving ED issues. All good.

What I Don't Like About ED Radio

If you really pushed me to critique it somehow, I think I'd agree with what Mark actually says about himself in one episode.  He doesn't have what he calls "bombastic flair."  So you're probably not going to get a ton of laughs out of it.  And in some of the interviews, it can sound a bit formal .

Bottom Line

Nit-picking aside, it's a great podcast. I'd trade really solid, fact-based, no BS information for flash any day of the week.

Who cares what I think?

Great question! I'm not a doctor, psychologist or sex therapist. But I have been helping guys resolve ED issues with hypnotherapy and coaching for over 20 years. I've seen the really wide variety of ways guys can 'do' their ED issues. I've got experience with all kinds of ways to get things solved. Plus I have a lot of opinions.
